By the mercy of Shri Shri Radha-Govind, Shri Shri Gaura-Nitaye, Srila Prabhupada and you Maharaj, we were able to celebrate Vayas Puja mahotsav in Gondia. All Gondia’s devotees with full enthusiasm celebrated 69th Vayas Puja on 29th July Sunday at VITTHALA RUKMINI Mandir Gondia. The festival was hosted by HG ANANTSHRI Prabhuji and HG VISHVAMURTHI Mataji. Gondia is enlightening by your mercy in form of this two wonderful devotees.
As you gave your kind and beautiful dharshan to all Gondia’s devotees on 1st July in Nagpur all devotees were excited to celebrate your 69th Vayas Puja first time in Gondia.
With the guidance of HG ANANTSHRI Prabhuji and HG VISHVAMURTHI Mataji, and with enthusiasm and support of all initiated devotees HG Damodarchandra prabhu, HG Swarngopi Mataji, HG Murlidhar Priya Mataji, HG Kaushalaya mataji, HG Harikanta Mataji, HG SharadViharni Mataji and all youth devotees Amol prabhu, Alok prabhu Anil Machewar prabhu we held the Vyasa puja celebrations on 29 July 2018, because with Syana ekadasi falling on a working day, the attendance would have been limited. So, to ensure maximum attendance, it was decided to celebrate it on a Sunday.
Some highlighting
HG VISHVAMURTHI Mataji decided to offer 56 bhog, to complete mataji’s desire and also to contribute some seva on that special occasion all initiated Mataji and prabhuji and also aspiring youth decided to make some bhoga.
>Youth devotees decorated altar for Guru Maharaj and Prabhupada by banana leaves and also kept carved deity of Gaura-Nitaye in main altar of Vitthala Rukmini Mandir.

3:30-4:00pm- audio recorded lecture by Guru Maharaj
4:00- 5:00 – lecture on importance of Guru by HG Anantshri prabhu and 56 bhog offering.
5:00-6:00 – Offering by all devotees, started by HG Anantshri prabhu ji and followed by all devotees
6:00-6:30- Puspa Abhishek of Srila Prabhupada and Guru Maharaj
6:30-7:15 – Puspanjali and Guru Puja
Dinner Prasad After Guru Puja.
With the grace of you Maharaj all initiated devotees were present and total count of devotees was 32-35.
HG Anantshri prabhu explained the meaning of Guru tattav and importance of Guru in our life. Then prabhuji gave very important information about how guru Maharaj joined to ISKCON and also he shared Guru Maharaj mercy upon him and how Guru Maharaj always inspired him to preach in Gondia.
After HG Anantshri prabhu, HG VISHVAMURTi mataji spoke about mercy of guru Maharaj and mataji also sung a self made guru Vandana, after that all initiated devotees and then youth devotees offered there offering to Guru Maharaj. After successfully offering to guru Maharaj we did puspa Abhishek and then puspanjali and Amol prabhu lead Guru Puja with full enthusiasm and HG VISHVAMURTi Mataji did worship of guru Maharaj.
After Guru Puja all devotees enjoyed the dinner Prasad and 56 bhog mahaprasad, full dinner Prasad arranged by HG Anantshri prabhu and HG VISHVAMURTI Mataji.
With the mercy of guru Maharaj and Srila Prabhupada we successfully celebrated Guru Maharaj Vayas Puja at Gondia.
Special thanks to HG Anantshri prabhu for motivating inspiring and supporting us to do all spiritual activities of ISKCON in Gondia and also we would like to thanks to all initiated devotees and all youths to celebrate successfully Vayas Puja mahotsav.
